It is less than twelve months since Brick Fabrication started thinking about IIP as a means to change the culture in the business and make the most of the enormous talent that the company’s people have. This fit perfectly with our stated aim of ‘employing great people and developing them to release their full potential.’

Trudy Morgan, Commercial Manager who lead the project said ‘I am so proud of the hard work and effort put in by everyone at Brick Fab to achieve IIP at our first attempt, not only did we meet the standard in all areas but were well ahead in many. Working toward IIP was undoubtedly one of the things that allowed the company to double our sales in 2010.’
